This is my 56 Standard. I've owned it since Labor Day, 2002. I spent a month and a half rebuilding, cleaning, and painting all the running gear/mechanicals. As of today, 12/6/02, I have put over 2400 miles on the bus. Not too bad for a $20 tranny! And now the bodywork and general appearance clean-up will commence....

This is my 56 Standard. I've owned it since Labor Day, 2002. I spent a month and a half rebuilding, cleaning, and painting all the running gear/mechanicals. 12/07/02 me duh. but there is original paint under the not original paint (see rear pic for what i uncovered so far) unfortunately the nose had been replaced at one time, so i can't ever get the whole bus back to original. oh well...

moving my bus from one barn to another... i recently moved from milwaukee out to the country to a spread with lots of room, no neighbors and lots of barns for buses :)

My baby. A 1970 bay window bus. Almost my first car (after a 2-month stint with a dodge mini-van). Non-Walkthrough with analog clock. I beleive it may have been produced for mexican sale.
