6 Days ago, my '66 13-window had an engine fire. The brass fitting into the carb was loose(i didn't know this), and popped out and up she went. Everybody go outside and check yours, I'll wait. I'm now looking for a kombi, panel, standard, or deluxe(it just has to be within 5 hours of Greenville, SC).

Ray Bradshaw with the ShagMobile, his daily-driver 1959 Mango standard.
It's sportin' several protective layers of Rustoleum paint, to keep the original paint fresh underneath. You can also see where the driver's side panel was wiped out years ago by a hit-and-run driver. Some expanding foam, a little bondo, and it's as good as new!
