I ended up separatating the driver and passenger sides, which will make handling the sections easier. I cut on the inside of the big raised seam that joines the inner 'wall' of the compartment and the middle and outer sections of the seat pedestal. It is this middle section that is specific to a walk-thru - the outer is the same.

Installed a new battery tray tonight. The tray was fabbed by Kelly aka "MetWiz" It has deeper stampings than the other OTC parts, and comes in bare metal, so I don't have to grind cheap primer off of it.

Tonight I sectioned in a piece of Alan Schofield metal left over from the barndoor project. Some maroon had cut this out, ostensibly to fit a non-stock air cleaner.
