This is my 56 Standard. I've owned it since Labor Day, 2002. I spent a month and a half rebuilding, cleaning, and painting all the running gear/mechanicals. As of today, 12/6/02, I have put over 2400 miles on the bus. Not too bad for a $20 tranny! And now the bodywork and general appearance clean-up will commence....

12/07/02 me duh. but there is original paint under the not original paint (see rear pic for what i uncovered so far) unfortunately the nose had been replaced at one time, so i can't ever get the whole bus back to original. oh well...

I bought this 1967 Deluxe bus a year ago. It was slammed and had a jury rigged front end. I replaced with 1968 ball joint front end and put back a stock tranny w/freeway flyer. Photo is before I did the tranny/front end work.

09/17/02 I want a Beer from Rudolph a great big thank you is in order for Jerry for being MC more or less for all the activities at jerome. i was so happy to see his bus and lady maggoo bus both in attendance. also, we need to really thank the old man on the hill for a wonderful weekend !!!
