Even Chrysler is a modern day hanger-on, claiming to have invented the minivan (VW 1949), and claiming to have invented the double-door (VW 1953).

I have seen this pic eight or nine years before. It was thought that Porsche joined to VW and Ford in Europe to build a van. The Ford was built, and the VW is still in production. The Ford had the name Galaxy and the VW has got the name Sharan. They both were made in one and the same factory in Portugal, owned by VW and Ford, now a factory only of VW. I don't like VW Sharan and Ford Galaxy. And if the Porsche Van would produced, it would be the most ugliest Porsche ever. Greetings - Franz |
