11/24/07 Dave I have a 1960 vw panel i've owned for 18 yrs. that Ric might be interested in. I live up the hill from fresno in Provo,Ut.

I came up with the bright idea to use sheet metal screws and some creative clamping to pull the b-pillar out to meet the driver's side panel; previously it was kind of "sunk" in. I lined it up, then locked it in place with the screws; next I have to weld it in place.

Well, had a good spell on the 54 at the weekend, removed the gearbox/drive shafts etc., managed to get the front beam off (eventually), painted under all the wheel arches etc.
