Did a test-fit of the driver's side floor half. Everything fits except the pedals, whose slots are too far forward. I think I'll just extend the slots rearward, and then use the leftover pieces to fill in the forward gap, in effect "moving" the slot.

Fabbed the front center section gusset and tacked it in. Yes, I know it's supposed to have an angle on it, but once the belly pans and floors are in, nobody will know.... unless *you* tell them!

I fabbed the lower 3" of the lower bulkhead tonight, the part that didn't have to have ribs embossed in it. I got a little wild with the saw and cut a bit too wide in the middle, but it will be easy to recover from.
Visible at the upper right is the part of the dogleg I had to temporarily remove in order to be able to weld the upper dogleg seam.

Saved from a wrecking yard Saved from a wrecking yard

This barndoor had laid in the grass in a wrecking yard for approximately 20 years. I discovered it by accident and acquired it from the original owner. It rough but can be restored, I hope!

Here's one part of the lower bulkhead wall patch section, make from a piece of a single cab bulkhead. I'll have to use a piece of sheet metal to make up the lower section that missing, but at least I have the embossing fairly close.
