The roof is done now. I started with a green coat, followed with the final color. Then I sanded everything down so it looks like a very old paint. I orginaly didn't want to paint this bus so all of the parts showed their OG paint ( and rust), bud my wife said NO!!! I then suggested a two tone paint job. She said that was OK for her...Well, it has two colors, hasn't it?

THIS WAS TAKEN WHEN I ENTERED THE CAR SHOW THAT HAD OVER 2000 CARS PRESENT. A VERY BIG SHOW, WITH A LOT OF FINE AUTOMOBILES. THE PEOPLE LOVED THE BUS--WON A BEAUTIFUL TROPHY, AND HAD A GREAT TIME!

i have just posted a picture no-one has ever seen before, i drove this to high school in stillwater mn. and they called me 'tiny'. if you ever wanted to see blue sky and birds flying by while popping a wheelie, this was the bus. {the '58 }
