| 07/12/07 | gt | Is 1300 what you meant? There may be a few issues to consider when putting that engine in your 67. Check the 1300 generator, is it 6volt or 12. Your 67 would be 12V and you would have to upgrade. Also there are differences between a 6V flywheel and the original 67/12V flywheel. There can be clearance and interface incompatabilities between your starter/bell house and flywheel. This may require a change of flywheel.
Start by cleaning, cleaning, cleaning the work area to see what you have. good luck |
