Recently acquired in NH. A few issues to correct during STAGE ONE restoration, but I think it's a "diamond in the rough". Hoping to do a full restoration over 2-3 years. Anyone know where I can find SEALING WAX RED paint? Planning to do a red/white two tone.

This is my Kombi back in 1989 in Western Australia, I had just bought it for $1300 and parked it too near the edge of a sand bank, luckily we managed to save it from rolling over! I sold it to and Environmental Cop and his Artist Wife in the end, I belive it still trundles round in W.A. and is now called 'Vincent'.

This is my daily driver here in southern California. It is powered by a front engine water cooled 4 cylinder and is rear wheel drive. It was a fire truck in Germany for about 30 years and now lives with us. It is still painted in its original livery.

09/02/02 Hartmut Lanzer I am a member of the Volunteer Firebrigade in Bayreuth, Germany. We have a Ford FK 1000 like shown in the picture still in use. It was built in 1965 and has run about 7000 km! It carries a portable pump with a VW-Boxer-engine and equipment. It will be in use for some more years and end in the local Firebrigademuseum.

This 1965 panel van is a right hand sliding door model.. a special order for a groccer in Frieburg Germany. Currently in my garage in Cornwall for loads of welding and repairs may get on the road this year for the UKs big meet at Brighton.
