This is a "Walmart Puerto Rico" shopper I receive yesterday in the newspaper. I know it will be difficult to see but there is a Vintage VW Bus in the pictures, somewhere behind the models. After a couple of minutes you will find it. Its always good to see they are using these buses for ad campaigns.

This is the logo bar for the auto section of a german online newspaper. I looks like a VW from what I can see, but can't decide. The lights and wheels, remind me of VW. Any Ideas what it could be?

This unit was given to me by a family member. When he gave it to me he hoped that I would install it in my 65 Bus, but I have decided to keep it for a later project. From what I have heard, this is a rare piece to have in new condition. Here's the details: It is a "Be Cool" air conditioner. The unit is complete and still in the original box as shown in the pictures. I have all of the paperwork for it including window stickers and a new sticker for the inside of the glove box to update the GVW. The paperwork include templates for cutting sheetmetal and full installation instructions. As I said, this unit is complete. I am quite a bit curious as to see if anyone has any other information about it or if anyone could estimate it's value.

This is a newspaper from a german university association from December 1949!!! It has a articel with a test about the "new VW micro-bus". Aka. The Barndoor! I bought it on Ebay.

This is the longer, bent style of pick up tube. This picture is taken from under the left side of the engine, with the oil pump at the top left. The tube goes from by the 1,2 head back, then bend up to the rear tin. You can see the paper tube on the end of the pick up tube.

This is my '71. I picked it up in North Carolina for $400. It had been in a field for several years, but upon investigating the paper work, it only had about 6000 miles on the motor. Nice sunroof. No I wont sell the roof rack:)
