bought this 13 deluxe from Justin Dean of Vancouver (BC) would like to say a big thanks to Justin for his patience and for all the time and effort he applied on his side to sort out the shipping etc....your a cool guy Justin and you can be sure your bus will be much loved in the uk.

This is my 1958 van that has been a long slow process, over 3 years. I have had 2 children since owning her. I could decide on want colour so I covered the van in Black vinyl(ie big sticker) you cant tell, it took me and a friend 10 days to cover the whole van in vinyl. We did whole panels so you cant tell that its not a paint job. Cost AU$150. I will paint it when I have saved $5000 for the paint and panel job.

My friend took these picks a while back. A drunk driver ran a red light and clipped the folks in the bus pretty good. With some recoop time, everybody came out of this accident OK.. except the westy :(

that is NOT the same bus. it hardly has any nose damage at all... compare that to the photos above.

unless my memory fails me, the above bus was destroyed beyond repair and chopped for descent body sections. if somebody did restore this westy, it makes me very scared for whoever the current owner is.

04/04/03 *sOFi* hey can someone e-mail me with an explanation of what exactly is the use of the canvas on top of the bus that extends upwords?? That's been puzzling me for a while.
P.S.- I am not yet a Microbus owner, but I'm definetely in love with it :o) Someone please write me back and let me know what that is for. Thankyou.
