Dream come true! i spotted the Bus in the garage of a convent here in the City and it was for sale. with no second thoughts, i purchased the bus right away. it was left unused and untended for 15 years and Surprisingly the Bus is still in good condition.Im looking forward to finish the project

like you, i pressume, a VW fan, i'm also a fan of VW Kombis and beetle, though i know from the start that I cannot restore one, i used to visit websites that have pictures of this vintage but very dependable vehicle. I hope one of these days, i will see that vehicle you are going to restore roaming around the city of davao. like you, i live and work also here in davao. good luck sir!!

'61 Kombi in The Philippines. Very rare and hard to find these splitty's here in the Philippine Island. I was very lucky to find this one , the same year i came home for vacation and saw this one at a local beach suprisingly with a for sale sign on it !

my bus in the philippines that i bought earlier this year while on vacation for only $1,500 u.s. i believe it's a '61 and the only split i know of around.certainly in a need of front and rear safari's for the hot and humid climate here.needs original headlights,turn signal lens and the vw emblem up front."note the homemade fabricated custom front bumper and headlight grill"
